On Tuesday 24th September we set up shop for the night at the Shepherd & Dog in Fulking, just 20 mins outside of Brighton. Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of this Sussex countryside pub, we worked together with our friends, David and Emily Pearse, who own the Shepherd & Dog, to produce an 8-course Tasting Menu for £25 per head> All of this was washed down by their great selection of beers, wines and spirits.
