To celebrate the Horsham District Year of Culture 2019, we held a special Wine Pairing Dinner with English Sparkling Wine Producer, Wiston Estate, in their Wine Barn overlooking the vines. This was the first ever wine dinner that Wiston had held at the estate so we were honoured to produce dishes to complement their wines.
The evening began with a walk through Wiston’s vineyard, then as the sun begins to set over the South Downs we sat down to a 5-course dinner made with local Sussex produce, much of which was sourced from the estate, and paired with 5 of Wiston’s award-winning wines.
