Hosted at Silo in Brighton with Donal Hughes, this was an evening celebrating the great work of two of our chefs’ favourite suppliers in Sussex: Saddlescombe Farm and Full Circle Farms.
Guests enjoyed a feast comprised of a whole lamb from Camilla and Roly (Saddlescombe Farm) alongside the beautiful, organic fruit and vegetables supplied by Tom (Full Circle).
