A feast celebrating a whole Wild Boar from the Forest of Dean set in the beautiful Sussex Countryside.
Hosted together with the fabulous Gilly Smith, who amongst her many talents presents the delicious. magazine Podcast (if you haven't listened before, definitely download it now!), each course marked the changing of the season into Autumn (one of our favourite times of the year for produce). The lunch took place in Gilly's converted barn in Laughton, near Lewes.
